Introduction

Microcrystalline wax, white amorphous solid wax, to C31-70 branch chain saturated hydrocarbons, containing a small number of ring, straight chain hydrocarbons, odorless and tasteless. Insoluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in hot ethanol, soluble in benzene, chloroform, ether, etc. .
It is mainly made from the residue after petroleum fractionation by refining method.

Uses: Used in pasty products glazing agent, rust inhibitor, carbon paper, candle, package impregnation and fruit coating; also used in cosmetics, crayons, shoe polish, all kinds of glazing wax.
